Founded in 2024 by Julie Waters and Evan Dyal, Watermark Media is a filmmaker and impact driven production and finance company, focused on telling coming-of-age stories across genres.

Watermark believes the journey of finding oneself transcends actual age, and seeks to support up-and-coming filmmakers and creators in exploring subversive themes through this highly relatable, and yet intimate, lens.

They have co-financed and produced five films, including Sophie Brooks’ OH, HI!, starring Molly Gordon, Logan Lerman, Geraldine Viswanathan and John Reynolds, and Joel Alfonso Vargas’ MAD BILLS TO PAY, starring Juan Collado, Destiny Checo and Yohanna Florentino. Both films had their World Premieres at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
